Refunds after Returns – Item Condition:
If you wish to return an item, we will only issue a refund if the item meets the following conditions:

The item must not be personalized. Exchanges or returns are not possible for personalized items.

The item must be new, with no signs of use.

It must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, with all tags attached.
If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund. The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, and you must provide valid proof of purchase.
We do not cover any costs associated with the return; these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Fee for Refunds:
A fee of €5.99 will be charged only in cases of returns for a refund. This fee covers logistical costs, including administrative processing of returned products.
Reason for the Return Fee:
This fee reflects costs incurred for logistics, inspection, restocking, and administrative processing. This practice allows us to continue providing high-quality service to our customers.
Fee Waiver for Size Exchanges:
If the customer wishes to exchange an item for a different size, the €5.99 fee will not apply. However, shipping costs for sending and returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Procedure:
If you choose to return the product for a refund, the product value will be refunded, minus the €5.99 return fee, within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Provide your order number, details about the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including the address to send the item to. After we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets the conditions mentioned above, we will process the refund.
Refund Methods:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during purchase. Please note it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
